Getting Started

Download VYNE from the App Store, create your account, and verify you're 13 or older. Set up your player card, then find a court or start a run to jump into your first game.

Account & Login

Forgot your PIN? Use "Forgot PIN" on the login screen to reset it. To update your email or delete your account, go to Settings in the app or email us below.

Games & Stats

Start a live game from the app to track stats in real time. Stats save automatically to your profile and career averages once the game ends.

Crews, Runs & Challenges

Find Your Crew: build a squad from players you follow. Create a Run: organize pickup games at a real court. Challenge: go head-to-head with another player with structured stakes.

Report a Problem

Use the Report a Problem option in the app's Settings menu to flag bugs or bad behavior, or email us directly.
